With it being Christmas Day tomorrow, I wanted to talk about rubbish presents, because it happens! If you get one and you’ve got a receipt, say thank you and quietly return it. If you’re giving gifts and not sure they’ll be loved, always include a gift receipt. It’s the kind thing to do.

No receipt? See if you can exchange it. If not, donate it, sell it second hand, or give it to someone else. Just don’t keep it and take clutter into the new year. If you got a rubbish present, tell us in the comments, anonymously if you like. Have a lovely Christmas and I’ll speak to you soon.
