Once we’ve decluttered and organised your space, you’ll feel the calm and clarity that comes from everything being in its place. But life happens — new items come in, routines shift, and sometimes systems start to wobble. That’s completely normal.

The Decluttr Me Maintenance Programme is designed to help you stay on top of it all. Whether you’ve worked with me before, used another organiser, or sorted things on your own but need a little help getting back on track, this programme offers you regular support to keep your space functioning and fabulous.

This service is perfect if:

• You’ve noticed areas of your home becoming cluttered again

• Your lifestyle has changed and your current setup no longer fits

• New items have entered your home and thrown off your system

• You just want a regular top-up to stay ahead of the mess

How it works

You’ll receive consistent, tailored organising sessions throughout the year to keep everything ticking over smoothly. You can choose between:

– Two hours every month

– Or four hours every other month

This is your time to refresh any areas that have become cluttered, update labels, adjust systems, or simply give things a tidy boost. Whether it’s your wardrobe, kitchen, paperwork or storage spaces — we’ll get them back to how they should be (and make sure they stay that way).

Included in the programme

Regular Sessions

We’ll work together consistently, focusing on the areas that need attention each time. You’ll receive 24 hours of support across the year, which can be used as two hours each month or four hours every other month — whatever suits your lifestyle best. It could be one space per session or rotating through your home to keep everything under control and feeling calm throughout the year.

Priority Booking

Your time is valuable. As a Maintenance Programme Member, you’ll have priority when booking sessions — especially useful before holidays, travel, or busy periods.

Organising Products and Donations

If we need a few extra bits to help your systems work better, I can suggest and supply organising products that suit your space and style. These are charged separately depending on what’s used, and I’ll always check with you first.

I can also arrange for any donations to be dropped off at a local charity — saving you the trip and making the whole process that bit easier.

Seasonal Boosts

You’ll also have access to optional discounted longer sessions during the year — perfect for a seasonal clear-out or deeper organising projects.

Gift Certificate

Included in the programme is a special gift certificate — equal to a four-hour session — which you can give to a friend or family member. A lovely way to share the joy of an organised space.

Every session is bespoke — I’ll check in before each one to find out what’s changed, what’s working, and what needs tweaking. This way, your home evolves with your lifestyle.

  • 20 Minute Consultation

    Tell us which area of your home needs support — whether it’s your kitchen, wardrobe, storage room, or somewhere else entirely. Share a few photos or videos so we can get a feel for the space and understand how best to help. We’ll also explain the process and walk you through how we’ll work together to get everything organised in a way that suits your lifestyle.

  • Book Your Session

    Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll find a date that suits you best to get started. We’ll make sure it works around your schedule and give you plenty of time to prepare.

  • Payment Options

    You can choose to pay in full for the year or opt for monthly payments — whatever works best for you. We’ll send you a secure link to make payment ahead of your first session so everything’s confirmed and ready to go.

  • The Session

    On the day, we’ll get straight to work. We’ll start by decluttering together, with your input on what stays and what can go. Once that’s done, you can relax while we categorise, organise, zone, and label everything. The goal? So you can find what you need in less than five seconds — every time.

  • How long is the Maintenance Programme?

    The programme is for a minimum of 12 months. This allows us to support you consistently throughout the year and keep your space functioning beautifully.

  • How does payment work?

    If you’re paying monthly, you’ll receive an invoice at the start of each month with a secure payment link. Payment is due before your session takes place to confirm your booking.

  • Is there an option to pay upfront?

    Yes — if you prefer, you can make a one-off payment for the full year. Just let us know what suits you best.

  • Can I change the session times or frequency?

    Yes, you can choose between two hours every month or four hours every other month; whichever works best for your lifestyle. If you need to adjust occasionally, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • What if I need more than the included hours?

    If you need extra time beyond your 24 hours, we can book in additional sessions for you. These will be charged separately at a reduced rate exclusive to Maintenance Members.

  • Do I need to be present during the sessions?

    Not necessarily. Some clients prefer to be there at the start to go through anything important and then leave me to it. Others like to be involved throughout. I’m happy to work with whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

  • Can I use my sessions for different areas of the home?

    Absolutely. One month we might focus on your wardrobe, and the next on the kitchen or paperwork. It’s entirely flexible and based on what you need help with at the time.

  • What if I go on holiday or need to skip a session?

    No problem — just let us know with reasonable notice and we’ll reschedule your hours for another time. We’ll make sure you still get your full 24 hours across the year.

  • Can I cancel the membership at any time?

    You can cancel any time after the initial 12 month commitment. If the membership is cancelled before completing the 12 month commitment, one additional month will be charged as a cancellation fee.
