Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
• Please ensure the recipient is genuinely open to working with a professional organiser. Organising only works when someone wants the support. I am unable to help if the recipient does not wish to be helped.
• The invoice for the Gift Voucher will be issued to the purchaser. Payment is required in advance and can be made via the online payment gateway.
• Gift Vouchers can be purchased in any denomination. Please note that my minimum session booking is four hours. If a Gift Voucher is purchased for a value less than this, the remaining balance will need to be paid by the recipient at the time of booking.
• Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of the date of purchase. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
• Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Only one Gift Voucher may be used per session and vouchers cannot be combined unless agreed in advance.
• The recipient is responsible for contacting Decluttr Me to book their session. All appointments are subject to availability.
• Gift Vouchers cover professional organising services only. They do not include organising products such as storage containers or labels, travel fees, assistant fees, hardware, or any services provided by third parties. Any disposal costs or third party services required will be charged separately.
