Even in this age of kindles and iBooks, its still nice to have books to hold and read. However, once you have read the book do you add it to the pile on your bookshelf, floor or table?Do you need those books? Have you made any of the receipes in that cookbook by Jamie Oliver? If no, then its time to decluttr them. Here is a declutter task for you:1. Go through all your book collection2. Keep the ones you can’t part with - one book I will always keep is a Suitable Boy by Vikram Seth, which is in a beautiful box set. I love reading it every year and can never part with it even when moving around the world.3. Put the other books in your donations box or put aside to sell.Try selling them on eBay or Amazon. Also there are charities that take books to sell at flea markets.4. Place books back into the bookshelf. Why not colour co-ordinate the books onto your shelves to create a rainbow bookshelf. Other ideas for displaying your books can be found on Pinterest.
