Questions About Virtual Sessions
What’s the difference between virtual and in-person sessions?
The main difference is that I won’t be physically in the room with you. Instead, I’ll support you via video or voice call, guiding you through each step, offering advice, and keeping you motivated throughout the session. You’ll still receive the same level of expert knowledge, emotional support, and tailored tips — just without me moving things around for you.
Would it be better if you were here in person?
That really depends on what works best for you. Virtual sessions are a brilliant option if you’re looking for something more budget-friendly or prefer a bit more privacy. They’re ideal if you’re not comfortable having someone in your home, are shielding, or live outside the region I cover.
One of the biggest advantages is that you will be doing the organising, with me guiding you. That can actually be very empowering. Many clients tell me they feel a stronger connection to their space and find it easier to maintain the systems we set up because they were hands-on in the process.
Virtual sessions also offer more control over what you share. You can choose what I see and focus on, simply by where you point the camera — perfect if you’re feeling a bit unsure or just want to take things step by step.
It may take a little longer for me to get a full feel for your space, but with your input and a bit of patience, I’ll be able to give you the same quality of advice as if I were right there beside you.
How will we get in touch for the session?
Once you’ve completed the form below, we’ll get in touch with you by WhatsApp. If you don’t use WhatsApp, we’ll contact you via iMessage or email — so please keep an eye out. The virtual session itself will take place on Microsoft Teams, and you’ll receive a link before we start. It’s all very easy to join, even if you’ve never used Teams before.

Do I need to empty the whole room before we start?
No. I never ask clients to remove everything from a space. It is overwhelming and unnecessary. We work in small, manageable sections so you feel calm and in control throughout the session.

Never!! We've probably seen worse, and honestly, seeing a mess excites us! We love transforming chaotic spaces into organized areas. We expect clutter before we come—that’s why you need us!

What equipment do I need for a virtual session?
All you need is a laptop, smartphone or tablet with a camera, a stable internet connection, and access to Zoom, Teams or WhatsApp. Comfortable clothing and a bottle of water nearby can help you feel relaxed while working.

How long is a virtual session?
Sessions are usually one hour. Longer sessions can be arranged if you prefer a more focused and intensive experience. During the first hour, we walk through the space together and decide on the best course of action. I then prepare and send you a personalised plan so you can start implementing the systems. Many clients book recurring sessions to keep the momentum going or to work through several areas over time.

Do you offer in-person organising outside the UAE?
In some cases, yes, as a bespoke international project. This is assessed individually and depends on availability, travel requirements, and the scale of the work.

Do you help with cleaning or handyman tasks?
No. My focus is purely on organisation, decluttering, and system creation. I do not offer cleaning, deep cleaning, repair work, or physical maintenance services.
