High Performance or High Pressure…?
I gave one of those high performance planners a proper go - you know, the ones coaches insist will transform your productivity. Four pages in and I’d defined high performance, assessed my entire life and set multiple goals… and I still hadn’t actually started work.
Monthly overviews, weekly mapping, daily top three, morning mindset, evening reflections - it felt like a full-time job just planning to be productive. I run a fast-paced, service-based business. I need action, not a workbook. Does anyone genuinely keep up with these, or are we just pretending they work? Tell me please!
