I often define clutter as things that you do not use, do not have a defined place or items that are left in areas in a disorganised manner. That's the general definition, but I thought it would be great to delve further into the various types of clutter out there to help you determine what you need to declutter or keep in your life.

In this episode we talk about:

  1. Sentimental Clutter;

  2. Clutter Without A Storage Space;

  3. Bargain Clutter;

  4. Trash Clutter;

  5. Abundance Clutter;

  6. Aspirational Clutter;

  7. Frebbie Clutter.
